We want you to love your Lazy Oaf pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Pack Your Items
Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the garments.
Ship It Back
Download and print your return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Await Your Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
