This midi length dress has a shirred bodice that goes into a full skirt, and puffed sleeves with elasticated ruffle cuffs. It’s fastened by a back neck keyhole button closure and yes, it does have side seam pockets. This limited edition dress is made from a heavyweight tartan fabric and has an all over scribble print in black, which is unique in placement from garment to garment.
